In order to participate in Stage 18+, we require a video selection. Please provide the dancing video, which has to be included in your registration application. After the video will be reviewed, we will send you the answer on your registration application . Video must be max 2 minutes long and has to include you dancing in heels . After your registration will be accepted, you have to pay your application within next 7 days.
At Stage 18+ , there are no restrictions on music style, choreography, or outfits, with the following clarifications by category:
Solo High Heels category:
All dancers must wear heels with a minimum height of 5 cm.Small Groups and Big Groups:
Some participants may perform without heels.

Welcome to Stage 18+, a groundbreaking dance contest unlike any other. This is the first of its kind in Prague, dedicated to the art of Frame Up Strip & High Heels dancing, where we would like dancers to have freedom of expression of their art. This competition is designed to empower dancers to fully express their artistic vision. From Frame Up Strip to any high-heeled dance style that embodies strength, sensuality, and confidence, we welcome a wide range of performances that challenge the norms and showcase the talent, creativity, and passion of each individual dancer.
